We are happy to offer full returns for any unwanted item, minus initial shipping fees. Products have to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our costumer service team via email at returns@minimalistathelabel.com and we will help you return your products within 14 days of receipt.
The costumer is responsible for returning the goods. Shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the costumer. Kindly note that Minimalista is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We therefore advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Products need to be returned in their original packaging and remain unused.
