Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times.

Orders do not ship on weekends or UK holidays, so if you order on Saturday, it will ship out on the next business day, which would be Monday.

TRACKING

After you placed your order you receive an order confirmation email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking information – this may take up to 24 hours for the information to be updated. Please ensure to enter your correct delivery address at checkout, as we are not able to change this after an order is processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.

DUTIES & TAXES

The costumer’s total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties and additional fees associated with customs clearing. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
